Micro Mist ULV Fogger
Electric-driven Ultra-Low Volume (ULV) fogging systems designed to atomize water-soluble disinfectants into validated sub-micron particles (0.3 to 0.6 microns). These micro-droplets remain suspended in air to achieve deep aerial and surface sterilization without leaving wet residue on delicate machinery. Sub-micron Droplet Size
The Micro Mist® ULV Fogger generates ultra-fine sub-micron droplets (0.3–0.6 µm) that form a dense, dry aerosol. These micro-particles stay suspended in the air to reach every nook for total 3D room sterilization. The rapid-evaporating mist ensures maximum coverage without wet residue, protecting sensitive electronic equipment from moisture damage.
High-speed motor
The UL-approved motor powering Micro Mist® ULV Fogger is a high-speed, heavy-duty American motor engineered for continuous, intensive operation. Delivering uniform thrust, it drives multi-stage shear nozzles to generate sub-micron droplets (0.3–0.6 µm), ensuring dependable, long-life performance in critical healthcare and cleanroom sterilization.
Auto cut-off Timer
The UL and CE-certified German timer built into Gouri Engineering’s Micro Mist® ULV Fogger ensures fully automated, unmanned sterilization cycles. It allows precise operational timing with automatic cut-off, eliminating over-fogging, protecting the motor against dry-running, and safeguarding cleanroom operators from unnecessary exposure to chemical vapors.
